Matthew R.
Walker
Matt is the Managing Member of Walker REIG, holding an associate's degree in general education and a bachelor's degree in management from Fayetteville Technical Community College and Post University. He graduated from the Criminal Justice and BLET Course at Reinhardt University and earned a Contracting Officer's Representative Certificate from Defense Acquisition University. Additionally, Matt is an accredited firefighter with certification from the NC Fire and Rescue Commission.
His expertise includes business and real estate investing, focusing on acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and raising capital. Before his investing career, he served as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army and later worked at the Pentagon, supporting various defense initiatives. He also gained experience as a Corporate Fellow with Tesla and has several years of law enforcement and firefighting experience.

McNair
Meet Marshelia McNair, the Operations Manager at Walker REIG. With extensive experience in business management, sales, and logistics, Marshelia has a proven track record of maximizing productivity and efficiency. She oversees all operations within the company. Marshelia is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, as well as a Master's in Counseling from Webster University. Additionally, she served in the U.S. Marine Corps for several years and is an Afghanistan war veteran.
