Managing Member
Matthew R.
Walker
Meet Matthew R. Walker, the Managing Member of Walker REIG. Matthew holds an Associate in General Education and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fayetteville Technical Community College and Post University respectively. In addition, he has certifications in Criminal Justice and the Basic Law Enforcement Training Course from Reinhardt University, and a Contracting Officer's Representative Certificate from Defense Acquisition University. His area of expertise is in business and real estate investing, which includes acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and raising capital. Before embarking on his career in business and real estate investing, Matthew served as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army. Additionally, he worked for several years at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. for the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, the Secretary of the Army and the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. He also worked as a Corporate Fellow with Tesla and served in law enforcement and firefighting as well.

McNair
Meet Marshelia McNair, the Operations Manager at Walker REIG. With extensive experience in business management, sales, and logistics, Marshelia has a proven track record of maximizing productivity and efficiency. She oversees all operations within the company. Marshelia is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, as well as a Master's in Counseling from Webster University. Additionally, she served in the U.S. Marine Corps for several years and is an Afghanistan war veteran.
